Flanders has some 260,000 care providers, 40,000 of them self-employed, against, among others, 103 hospitals and 1,500 residential care homes. With an ageing society, demand for care keeps rising. ClickCare embraces that demand with an online matching platform for care providers and seekers. Venture Campus guided the grant track.
Who is ClickCare?
ClickCare, launched in July 2021 by Hanna Goemans and Julie Rogiers (over 20 years of combined care experience), matches self-employed care providers with care institutions. It answers the need for flexibility, filling last-minute assignments within 24 hours — demand that has surged since COVID-19.
Data as an ally
With a growth grant, ClickCare could hire both internally and externally to invest in digitalisation and build a Recommendation & Loyalty system that makes smart use of the available data.
